1. Awolowo’s full name is chief Obafemi Jeremiah oyeniyi awolowo born on 6th of March 1909 and died in May 9 1987.

2. He was born in ikenne western region, British Nigeria which is now known as ikenne ogun, Nigeria. Born into the family of Mr and Mrs shopolu awolowo which his occupation was a farmer and sawyer and he was also the only son of his family. 

3. Based on his alma mater, he attended Baptist Boys high school (BBHS) at Abeokuta. 

4. The became a teacher and qualify as a shorthand typist in abeokuta. 

5. He serves as a clerk at Wesley College elekuro at ibadan. 

6. He work as a correspondent for the Nigeria times newspapers. 

7. He enrolled at the University of London as an external student and graduated with the degree of bachelor of commerce (Hons). 

8. He went to united Kingdom in 1944 to study law at university of London .

9. He join the bar through the honorable society of the inner temple on 19th of November 1946.

10. He is the founder father of  the  Nigeria tribune which serve as a private Nigerian newspaper, which is used to spread nationalism. 

11. He was a Nigerian nationalist and statesman who played a key role in Nigeria Independence movement in the first and second republic and civil war. 

12. He was the first premier of the old western region Nigeria within a period from 1st October 1954 till 1st October 1960. 

13. He was a federal commissioner for finance in office from 1967 to 1971.

14. He is the founder of ọmọ Odùduwà which later became  action group  in 1950 and dismantle and eradicated in 1966. 

15. He’s also a journalist and lawyer by profession. 

16. He was an official leader of the opposition in the federal parliament to the tafawa balewa government from 1959 to 1963. 

17. Awolowo was the first individual in the modern Era to be named as the leader of theyl Yoruba (Asiwaju ọmọ oodua).

18. Awolowo’s family is the first to convert from traditional religion to Christianity in ikenne. 

19. Awolowo was the first Leader of Government Business and Minister of Local Government and Finance. 


20. Chief awolowo wife is Idowu Dideolu Awolowo (née Adelana) and children names are Olusegun Awolowo, Omotola Oyediran (née Awolowo), Oluwole Awolowo, Ayodele Olubusola Soyode (née Awolowo, Olatokunbo Ayoka Awolowo-Dosunmu.

Colonel Adekunle fajuyi was born and breed of a native town called ado Ekiti on 26th June 1926 into a family of late pa. Isaiah and Felicia osundunke fajuyi. Fajuyi attended Saint George catholic school, ado Ekiti. He was know as a great young man from his early age, who was agile, fierce and hardworking.
